A strategy project supported by THINKTEAM typically consists of one to three interactive workshops with the client's decision-makers. A team of experts from the client prepares these workshops with the leadership of THINKTEAM. All of the client's relevant knowledge and judgment is captured and complemented with the strategic experience and competence of THINKTEAM.
The result of the workshops is either a direct decision about the future strategy or a complete preparation for the decision, in combination with the clear identification of data or judgment that is missing. These shortcomings are subsequently resolved in a very targeted manner and added to the interactive decision structure generated in the initial workshops. A final workshop then helps the participants to finally define the strategy.
